are the core beliefs which drive behavior. Knowing what clients think is most important and helps Keith to know how to best clients reach their objectives. Financial advisors are most effective and satisfied when working with clients who are like minded.

Good Stories...

are the best way to get to know a client. Meeting with clients is not the time for the advisor to talk about themselves. Clients should have the freedom to disclose as much information as they believe is necessary. The focus should be on letting the client tell the advisor what is important. The financial advisors goal is to help the client choose their own story.
